Skills & Experience Required:
- Solid understanding of project management, Agile principles, Scrum, SDLC
- At least 5 years of project management experience (in IT)
- Strong risk management skills
- Strong tactical planning and leadership skills
- Good communication and presentation skills to communicate effectively with customers and project teams
- Strong organizational, negotiation, conflict resolution capabilities
- Advanced leadership and people management abilities
- Fluent English
- Experience with managing dedicated teams
- Proactive, result oriented, ability to broad thinking
- Leading few projects simultaneously
- Experience with leading 20+ people
Responsibilities:
- Ensure client satisfaction and manage client expectations
- Process all issues and escalations if any appears from the client side
- Facilitating the development of business opportunities within the project
- Defining and implementing personal development plans
- Effective management of the project staffing
- People management
- Project risk management
