We are looking for the real sales achiever who cares about clients business success, knows how to educate prospective clients in order to win the deal, can find solid arguments for each case and doesn’t take no for granted, perform cost-benefit analyses of potential customers and maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales. Required Skills
- 2+ years in B2B business development or sales roles for the US or European markets
- Proven track record of closing sales deals
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
- Experience in multi-channel marketing, lead generation, sales research will be a plus
- Perfect English: can fluently speak with native speakers and has sophisticated writing skills
- Self-motivated, accurate, organized, alert, fast learning
Responsibilities
- Nurture prospective inbound and outbound clients, generate opportunities with them
- Lead negotiations with prospective clients and coordinate the pre-sales process
- Close deals and sign contracts with prospective clients
- Maintaining data about all activities, leads and prospective clients in CRM up to date
- Report to Head of Business Development
Compensation
- Fixed rate per month plus long-term sales commission for signed contracts
