Michael Soloshchuk

President

Michael Soloshchuk has over 20 years experience in IT industry and business development. He established INSART as a National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute" spin-off company in 1993. Under his leadership INSART delivered several complex software solutions in information management to local government.

Prof. Soloshchuk acted as a sales business partner of IBM Corp. in Ukraine in 1990^th. Prof. Soloshchuk was awarded several times with IBM Faculty Award (see Recipients, Page 9) and received high recognition from the IBM Corporation for introduction of IBM technologies in educational process.

Michael Soloshchuk is a Professor and holds a PhD degree in technical sciences (Main speciality: Digital Signal Processing). He is a head of Computer Science and Intellectual Property department in the National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute".

Prof. Soloshchuk is a patent attorney with a focus on consulting and patenting of technological solutions.

Michael Soloshchuk has a great experience in finding, training and developing the real talents in high technologies and software engineering. Currently, he is a President of INSART and his main responsibilities are strategic planning, leadership, and covering all the legal matters.

Vasiliy Soloshchuk

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Vasiliy Soloshchuk has over 10 years experience in various fields of software engineering and over 5 years experience in business development and management. Vasiliy started his career as a software engineer at INSART in 2000. He has been working as a CEO since 2007. Under Vasiliy's leadership software engineering service in INSART had grown from several freelancers in 2007 to the seasoned 40+ software engineering team providing services in Telecommunication, Financial services and other sectors for US, European, Russian, and Israeli companies.

His key responsibilities are business processes establishment, management, PR and marketing, B2B communication, projects initialization, project and product management, startup projects management, human resource management, and corporate finances. Vasiliy has broad experience in software engineering focused on business modeling and analysis, software requirements analysis, software architecture design, data models and databases design, programming.

Vasiliy holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science and System Analysis from the National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute" and a Master Degree in Finances from the V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University. He also acts as a scientific researcher and lecturer in high school.

Yuriy Lomako

Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Yuriy Lomako has over 8 years of experience in software development and project management. Yuriy joined INSART in 2005 as a software engineer and was rapidly promoted to project manager in 2008. Yuriy has been working as a Chief Technology Officer since 2010.

His main responsibility at INSART is to ensure that the efficiency and quality of deliverables and development processes is at the leading edge of industry standards. Yuriy inspects and guarantees that mature software development processes is established and followed by INSART team. He is a key-figure of in successful business and technical negotiations with different customers.

Yuriy holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science and System Analysis from the National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute".

Irina Guridina

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Irina Guridina has over 8 years of practical experience in finance, accounting and taxes administration. She has an inquiring, analytical mind and works logically, consistently and accurately even when under pressure.

Irina is responsible for maintaining all the financial, accounting, banking and tax operations of the company. Being a self-motivated person with an ability to manage time efficiently, Irina keeps pace with all the changes in financial rules and regulations and has the ability to quickly recognize their implications on financial processes of the company. She possesses excellent communication skills and is able to discuss and explain financial issues with both fellow professionals and those with little or no financial background.

Irina got a qualification of economic analyst after graduation from the Interdisciplinary Institute of Postgraduate Education managed by "NTU" KhPI in 2003. Irina has been a member of the Ukrainian Association of Certified Accountants and Auditors since 2006. She received the Certificate of CAP - Certified Accounting Practitioner in 2007.

Elvira Gasanova

Chief Human Capital and Social Communications Officer

Elvira has over 4 years experience in the IT industry. She possesses excellent communication and leadership qualities and has brilliant team-building skills complemented with an ability to "see the big picture". She is a creative thinker and a good initiator with outstanding negotiation skills, capable of executing diverse tasks simultaneously.

She is responsible for recruitment and development of corporate culture. Elvira helps the company to attract talented people for the required job positions. She works in tandem with all the departments of the company in order to monitor and decipher the needs of the employees. Elvira covers benefits administration, trainings and skills assessments.

Elvira received a Bachelor of Computer Science in 2007. She graduated from the National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute" in 2009 and holds a Master's Degree in Intellectual Property.
