History

1993

INSART Company was established within the National Technical University "Kharkov Polytechnical Institute".

1993

INSART Company supported Eastern Europe IBM Road Trip in Kharkov.

1994

INSART Company was nominated by IBS (at that time An IBM Alliance Company Ukraine) as business partner of IBM and soon was granted the authorization of IBM World Trade Corp. for Ukrainian territory.

1996

INSART Company began to develop Status project for Kharkov State Administration. Status is an IMS to manage the information about victims who suffered from the consequences of the catastrophe on the Chernobyl Atomic Electric Station. The project is supported till now and many new parts for different purposes were developed using modern technologies.

1996

Since 1996 the INSART Company bears responsibility for the fulfillment of the Joint Study Agreement between IBM and KhPI in connection to the installation and support of the IBM ES/9000 mainframe in the University.

1997

INSART Company opened training center for trainings in different fields of IT. The center is certified by Ukrainian Ministry of Science and Education.

2000

A spin-off eSP Consortium was established as part of the initiative to merge several top-quality Ukrainian and American software development and hi-tech companies into a single organization capable of providing a broad range of technologies and target business expertise. With more than 250 IT professionals (in Jan 2005) eSP Consortium provided professional software services, custom software solutions and business process outsourcing across vertical markets.

2003

INSART began to work as offshore outsource software development company. The new strategy of providing our customers the full cycle of software development from requirements definition, project analysis and planning through software construction and user documentation to QA, trainings and maintenance according to modern standards gave the possibility to get many new customers all over the world.

2004

INSART company started IT Incubator Team (IT2) project to support actions that connect University with IT-Industry. Wishing INSART IT Incubator many students can now get a really good experience during the study in University. IT Incubator prepared many students for real IT-industry. All members of IT2 can work as experienced IT-professionals after graduating from the University.

2006

Several long-term contracts were started with our customers in field of outsourcing software development. INSART helped students to take part in Google Summer of Code 2006 (GSOC 2006).

2007

Our company is growing developing solutions for many of our customers. We support different academic actions cooperating with different universities in Ukraine and Europe. IBM Faculty Award was granted again to our academic partners. IT2 members took part in Google Summer of Code 2007 (GSOC 2007).
